Designed to provide a more efficient fixed volume sampling system, the Cobra FV liquid sampler offers the greatest level of reliability and ease-of-use yet. All of the units use the Cobra-designed FLO-THRU sampling valve, facilitating easy regulation by ensuring sufficient time for air and other gases to be expelled. A variety of accessories are available – from needle purge to cooling coils – so that the sampler can be customized to suit the specific conditions at your facility.

The Cobra FV is specifically designed to ensure the operator takes the highest quality fixed volume sampler through the simplest and most reliable process possible. The sample valve allows each sample to be extracted quickly and easily while simultaneously purging the assembly with Nitrogen, thus ensuring the cleanest possible sample is taken. The system can also be adapted to facilitate automatic sample extractions or composite samples.

The Cobra C gas and liquid sampler makes the task of collecting representative samples from gas and light liquid hydrocarbon applications simpler and safer. Designed with safety for both the operator and environment in mind, the Cobra C offers a low-maintenance solution to sampling requirements. It also offers emissions-free sampling, with no spills and zero VOC emissions, keeping both pollution and sample contamination levels to an absolute minimum. The Cobra C uses a multi-ported valve so that the extraction process is reduced to the minimum while maintaining the integrity of the sample itself. Designed for longevity, the Cobra M liquid sampler boasts a variety of unique features that makes it simpler to install and more convenient to use. All of our Cobra M units use the Cobra-designed FLO-THRU sampling valve to facilitate easy regulation. The Cobra M includes a multi-turn handle that permits precise flow control, while a full bore flow path ensures that no pressure is lost while the sample is being extracted. And because standard units come with our special coaxial needle system, the risk of bent or broken needles is reduced dramatically. Also, our FLO-THRU sampling valve has been specifically designed for process sampling, and protects against contamination to ensure the integrity of every sample taken.

The Cobra DT closed loop sampling system is specifically designed to perform a detector tube measurement in the safest, quickest and most efficient way possible. The key challenges in securing an accurate representative sample are addressed while making the process itself simpler for the operator. Our unique Teflon detector tube makes it easy to insert tubes, while disconnection is kept quick and simple for easy us. The system is ideally suited to use in the petrochemical, and natural and specialty gas industries.

The Cobra DT sampling system is designed with safety in mind, with a high-pressure regulator providing operators with a means to lower pressure to a safe level before inserting the detector tube. And the availability of either 300cc or 500cc collection cylinders means that sample volumes are always sufficient to offer an accurate representative sample. The Cobra DT can be ordered with just the detector tube or with a collection cylinder included.

Enclosing the system, and allowing the operator to view the process through a viewing window, provides extra safety. The Cobra HTHV is designed to address the problems that temperature can create when trying to secure accurate representative samples.
